Stock List
Occasionally, Amtex will offer a few stock office and/or classroom buildings for our dealers to resell. We generally try to keep modifications to ready built buildings to a minimum, however, some may not be completely finished for we may leave color choices to the customers. These color choices may include carpet or tile installations, or perhaps any painting that may be required. These final touches will be completed once the building has been spoken for.
Since our factory is not set up for refurbishing buildings, if you need major modifications to a building, such as adding a restroom or having them coded for other state codes, please talk with one of our estimators who can provide you with a quote for a new building to be manufactured rather than having major changes made to a stock built one. Below is a list of buildings we currently have available:
